I order a 7 3/4 though my measurement was a bit larger. It was a good fit. They are a deep cap and run a bit larger. Overall very satisfied with the fit and comfort.

I do a little of everything from welding to switchgear work. Plant is super dusty and dirty. So far this brand has been good. Keeps my head free of dirt and glass bits, and protects well from grinder and welding. Dries well without much shrinking if any. ( air dry only experience) I would not dry them in dryer unless on lowest setting. They will most certainly shrink if you do that. Surely don’t use fabric softener on anything intended to be FR either. I’ll buy several more patterns.

Fits good looks fits like I think it should, not like some hats have a point at the top material is a little thick but fills goodStay in your size will tighten up some but want shrink a lot. At first anyway.
