The pillow works well for bracing my knees. I thought it could be a little higher but it's allowing me to sleep on my back and not wake up really sore so guess it's working. Great workmanship too.

I'm side sleeper with lots of back pain from surgery 2 years ago. Have used standard bed pillow between my legs/knees for years. This works but cumbersome when switching from side to side during the night or moving it for any reason as too big. Recently purchased a specific pillow for use between knees from Amazon. It was basically a large cube with grooves on opposite sides for legs. Did not like it at all. Being a cube with small surface areas to distribute leg weight over a larger area, it was very uncomfortable immediately. Also, the grooves meant one must lift legs high over them before dropping down into into them. That was not good because it requires effort to raise legs up into weight of bed covers. Simply, no good all around. Returned for refund. Purchased this pillow next. It is excellent without any of the cube problems. Easy to move around under bed covers, small, softer, long & narrow. Works perfectly! Couldn't be any better. Removable cover for washing. Would buy again.

It is well made and of good quality material. I gave it a 3 because I did not find it comfortable when i used it under the knees or ankles like it was intended for. I bought it to help when I sleep on my back, but after about 30 mins my knee hurt. I tried other positions while sleeping and did not find it comfortable. I have found it comfortable as a neck rest when watching tv.

I've never written a review before because I don't usually have extremely strong opinions on my purchases but oh my gosh...this pillow saved me from SO much pain I was experiencing! I am sick right now and I was having insane joint pain and I already have a smaller knee pillow so I started to use that when I had a flare up. It was not enough to quell the pain. Not even slightly. I could barely walk, I didn't get out of bed for almost 24 hours.I ordered this and it came overnight. I ordered it (while crying) around 2 in the morning and it came the very next day. I am obsessed with this.It is very firm and I have used it in multiple positions. It is great for under the knees when laying on my back, but I am primarily a side sleeper so I have one end between my knees and the other between my ankles. It helps keep my legs aligned so they don't get twisted and start another flare up.I recommend this 100%!

I was very surprised that this product immediately stopped the pains which I have in my knees and back while sleeping on my back.

It is a good length but I find it a little too hard and too high for it to be comfortable to rest my head / neck on. Just needs to be about an inch less high and about 20% softer for me.Workmanship is 5/5
