I used a pair of them for drawers under my sit/stand desk setup. They are the perfect height and they are really nice because they are deeper than most 3 drawer file cabinets. The drawer slides are really smooth and the cabinets are sturdy. The metal is maybe a bit thin because one of them came with a dent in the back. I was able to pound it out with a couple of pieces of wood. If the packaging was a bit better that wouldn’t have happened.

I ordered this and it’s 2-drawer companion piece. I’m glad I live with an ex-Marine who could get it up the first flight of stairs In our town home because this is VERY sturdy. This was very well packed and arrived without any dents or scratches.The casters/wheels allow me to move it easily—the cabinet does move forwards and backwards more easily but even filled with files and my printer in top, there’s no problem getting it in and out of place in any direction - I just need to employ a pivot.The drawers are easy to open and close; the file drawer is quite deep and holds files well and I don’t have to worry about loading the top drawer in the 2-drawer cabinet and having the cabinet tip when I open that drawer.For the top drawer on this 3-drawer cabinet I bought a drawer organizer with a sliding 1/2 sized top that allows me to organize the usual drawer paraphernalia — with my antique desk, the drawers are too small and shallow to hold larger items.I’m a hyper-adaptive functionality optimizing addict weirdo — these cabinets made my day — and yeah, I also alphabetize my spices.

I’ll start by saying the design and build quality are good for the price, but its close. I like the more contemporary design and the build quality is well executed. For me, the problem is the gauge of the sheet metal the drawers, (and I assume cabinet) are made with. Just a bit too thin. Again, I want to confirm that I am happy with the purchase because anything I looked at that was a more solid and smoother drawer operation was double or more in price. So, I would but this again. I would shy away from buying a larger one, like a 4 drawer verticle or a large lateral. I would be concerned.

My husband and I were very impressed at how well packaged and protected this product was - heavy cardboard, corner protectors and styrofoam padding. There was no way this product was going to be damaged in shipping unless a truck literally ran over it.This filing cabinet was exactly what I needed with two drawers for storage and one for hanging files. The cabinet and wheels are very sturdy.I would recommend this product and I would purchase it again.

The product came arrived packaged well. No noticeable damage to the box. Upon opening the top drawer had come loose during shipping, but easily corrected by sliding a metal tab back into place. Secondly, the key was nowhere to be found. I found an empty piece of tape stuck in the top drawer, but the key had fallen loose inside. The final negative - there was a very small ding on the side of the cabinet. It's very small, and you'd only notice it in good lighting, but a ding none-the-less.Ok, on to the good stuff. This thing is solid, the wheels are great, and the drawer operation is buttery smooth. Lots of space, filing system installs easily, and it looks great.It's sturdy, and seems just well made overall. The locking mechanism is smooth and locks all 3 drawers.The lock is nothing special, had it picked 3 times in

There is no assembly required-- a definite plus. Lots of wrapping but they came in flawless condition.I was concerned at first that the drawers didn't operate hat much more smoothly than the cheap files I was replacing, but now that I have put things in the drawers, I see they really are better. Clean design is also appreciated.

LOVE this filing cabinet! I bought the black one and it looks fantastic. Plenty of storage space in all the drawers AND it came preassembled (so thankful for that). It was a tad cumbersome to get into my house but that was only because I'm a small person and this thing is a bit heavy. Upside, it's heavy because it's made completely of metal and is a quality piece!

This is my second cabinet from them and very happy with it.Extremely well packed, so it arrives in pristine condition, looks great, VERY well made, great features. I HIGHLY recommend both this 3 drawer cabinet and its twin the 2 drawer cabinet (which I bought first). I got this one to have a matching set and after having been impressed by the quality of the one I got first.You can even order a rekey from the company in case you want to have both cabinets be keyed alike.
