I bought it 3 months ago and have been using it almost without interruption, so I have a say in the evaluation. What I want to say is that this is definitely a good product.1. I am quite pleased that the goods arrived in complete packaging and without any accidents. After all, this is a big guy, and I was very worried before that.2. The operating function of the product is a highlight. As the description says, it has a large capacity and can indeed make a lot of ice cubes at a time, which is completely sufficient for a day's use. It is also worth mentioning that the sound of this machine is small enough that you will not feel that it will disturb you, which is indeed an advantage compared to other products.3. Finally, I am very grateful to the seller team. I had some questions during the period, and they responded to me in a timely manner. The communication process was very pleasant. Because of this, I am willing to give them 5 stars.For the price, it is definitely worth it.

Install was easy. A few things to be aware of: panel must be installed for it to engage and start producing. Ice seems to be larger in a cool room as opposed to a warm room. If you are picky about cube size. Water cooled is better, but 2x the price. I've been running for 5 months so far with good ice production. I had to request th manual from some company in turkey. But after a few days, I received an email with it attached.

I have been in touch with the company today. They are sending a new unit ( the top part of the ice maker)as soon as they are in stock. We are very hopeful that this will fix the problem. I will give an update! Here is the update. I received a new top unit on Monday. The box was severely damaged and retaped several times. Upon inspection, the inside cardboard on top of the unit was wet with fluid. The top of the unit was also damp. Look inside the back screen of the unit with a flashlight, which was soaked. My husband and I are sure that all of the coolant has leaked out. Very disappointed. I emailed Mojgar directly and sent pictures for the last two days, but I have yet to receive a reply. So disappointed

We purchased this ice machine on July 9, and it stopped worked on August 29. We contacted the company Mojgar thru Amazon. Amazon referred our email to the company.We had a representative to reach out and told us what to check, the first item was not it. So the representative sent us a video and my husband took off the piece and found two big bugs that had stopped up the valve. He took the valve off and cleaned it and put it back together and it is working fine.Thank you Elaine for bring the greatest representative. Thanks for going above and beyond to help us.

So far we have had it a month and it has worked great. Downfall it the electric bill went up $100.00 and this is the only thing that we can contribute to the possible cause. SO just keep this in mind when purchasing any machine with the way electricity has gone up in price.UPDATE : Company contacted us several times on there own and credited our account to help compensate for the electric bill. SO far, seems like a very upstanding company that I would recommend doing business with. At least this company cares about its products ,company name and customers. Hard to find that these days.
