Machine was working great and loved it at first I bought it January 22 and it is now March 1 An error keeps popping up the screen and it’s giving E2 error. I try to troubleshoot fixing the problem that it says in the manual I cannot get a hold of the seller do not buy this product if you want problems can’t even get a hold of the seller for something that’s a month old. It’s just a waste of my money was really sad because it was working great and thought it was a great product but for it to stop working and not produce any ice within a month of me purchasing, it is ridiculous

I like that it can use a large jug on top but ended up buying a 6 filter reverse osmosis system to keep the ice coming. You can turn the light off by pressing the button next to where it says hot, not sure what that's about. Yup that's my laundry room LOL.

I've been using this ice maker for a little over a month now and feel ready to offer some feed back. On the plus side, it fits fairly easily into my large kitchen. But I'm not sure how well that would work in a smaller room. I have it sitting between a chest freezer and my oversized fridge. It's also heavy, especially when full so don't think you'll be moving it around easily. It does make ice very quickly. It drops a rack every 14 minutes. As that ice dumps it will sometimes hold the flap/ gauge thing down and keep it from dropping a new batch. It's supposed to keep it from doing too much, but sometimes I've had to reach in to move it out of the way. And when it first drops, it is Very wet. In one of my pics I'm showing dumping the water out. The piece next to it was in the bin for a while and has dried off, just being ice. Keep that in mind if you don't want your drinks watered down. And on that note of the watery ice. You Must keep that drain hose going somewhere safe. I ended up using a gallon storage container that I cut a hole in the lid. The cats kept knocking the hose out otherwise. What a mess in the morning that was! That gallon container needs to be emptied every day. I wish there was a way to add additional insulation to this, but I haven't seen any. Had to take the back panel off when setting up and looking as much as you can, it's completely sealed inside so no way to discretely add any. This has no refrigeration on it's own, think of it like a cooler. As such, the door is just a panel of acrylic that you slide up and back. Not much to aid in retaining the cold there. That all said, I'm getting more use from it than I thought I would. I truly only expected it would be something we would turn on when guests came in since I always end up going to the store to buy ice. Instead I have yet to shut it off. So overall, yes, I'm generally pretty happy with it.Peace and chilling

This is way way smaller than I had expected. You can buy ice machines that do the same amount for half the price. Says it has a 28lb ice capacity storage and it barely holds more than the one that sits on my counter and is a 6lb capacity. I’d send this back and get my money back if I didn’t destroy the box

The box did come damaged, as well as the machine. But, everything works as it should and makes ice pretty fast. We used the 5 gallon jug water set up, so it takes up some vertical space in the pantry. It is significantly smaller than pictured. Still a good value for the money, and installation was super simple.
