Works extremely well. I've already cooked wings, shrimp and fries that tasted great. Afterwards I disassembled and had no problem cleaning it. The small tongs were a nice addition. I would definitely recommend.

We live on the lake, so I have a freezer full of fish, thanks to my fishing son. This deep fryer is a great companion to our outdoor grill. We can do both grilled fish and fried fish or veggies. It is stainless, and since it all comes apart, it’s very easy to clean. It has adjustable heat settings. It is easily portable, so we can take it with us on camping trips. I'm so thrilled we ordered it. It’s an easy five stars from me.

A little disappointed out of the gate. Item states 10.5qt and the max fill line is about 6qt.Unfortunately i will be returning item.
