Just dismantled, it has a very large capacity and comes with two baskets. You can't wait to start using it. The oil temperature is very fast, and the two switches are different, so the explosion on both sides is not affected

I haven't used it because it did not come with instructions. When I first received it. It was dirty, fingerprints were on it and it was bent (damaged). However the company made it right and sent me a replacement. It is very light and flimsy. It is extremely big. Bigger than I expected can't keep it in my kitchen because it's way too big.

Temperature rises quick and precise. It has a cover to keep the frying oil safe. Very professional looking. Followed a recipe online and made some fried vegetables.

I'm very upset with this fryer. I've only use it twice since I purchased it. I've only used one side and it started smoking. I hate it's too late to return it because I certainly would in heartbeat. I'm so disappointed
