I bought this to extract juice from my pomegranate harvest. This thing works great, it’s easy to use, and easy to clean up. Love it!Oh, it is somewhat heavy, but it’s very sturdy and durable.

If you want to squeeze oranges, grapefruits, or pomegranates this is the thing. It operates differently than the rotating electric ones, This method produces more juice with less pulp. I like manually operated utensils and appliances and this really feels like quality + functionality.Edit:After using it for a while, I have a concern. If you’re not careful, and don’t raise the lever arm OVER CENTER (more than 90deg to the counter), it can come back down HARD and shatter every bone in your hand if it’s in the wrong place. There needs to be a safety if some kind!!!

I found the juicer very easy to use to juice oranges. Like some other reviews, I did notice some attached metal shavings where the metal rolled under and easily filed them off. There should be some better care on the manufacturing side, and they were not located where they could get into the juice. For what I was looking for and since they easily filed off, I am happy with my purchase.

This machine is plenty heavy duty. I bought it to press pomegranates, but will be using for other fruit once my pom supply runs out. It can handle the largest of poms, but you will probably want to quarter the larger fruit before pressing. And press slowly which will allow the juice to flow nicely into your container without spraying outwardly causing a mess, and going slow will reduce the pressure and stress on both you and the machine. Besides, why hurry things? Also, I reposition the fruit a couple of times and repress to get all the juice possible. It has a decent and attractive finish- overall much better quality than I expected for the price. I am very pleased with this press.

This is a great little juicer!! Received a few days ago and have been juicing oranges, lemons, limes and pomegranates and it did excellent on all these. I just strained through a strainer after juicing and Voila!!It makes quick work of it with pretty easy cleanup as well. It did not slip on my countertop, but I did put my hand on the bottom to have something to hold onto while pulling lever down to juice. I am actually going to purchase a second one for a family member. Great product, arrived fast, works well and stores easily!!!

Solid product and squeezes citruses really well. But tilts forward when squeezing, I need to use one hand to hold it in the back and the other to squeeze and that is very uncomfortable. Definitely needs a suction cup or something to hold it in place.

Works fine for oranges, limes, and lemons. Sprays liquid all over your work surface. Trying to squeeze pomegranates is challenging to put it nicely. Everytime you press down you never get a complete squeeze and miss out on a lot of good juice. The bottom tips up everytime and you have to balance between how far you press down prior to nearly falling on your face! Miss out on good juice or break your nose. Your decision with every press.

It'S sturdy, stable and easy to clean. The only downside is the space between the legs to put a container - it's a little narrow and i have to use something to bring the container up closer to the hole.Aside from that, i love it!

LOVES - I love this press! I occasionally make large batches of lemon juice or lime juice to use when detoxing, and used a little hand-held press that did the job but was a pain and took too long for large batches. I went looking for something exactly like this press, and was specifically interested in a press that used leverage but not electrical power for the juicing. It is almost as if they invented this for me! I am delighted with the purchase and made 1.5L of lemon/lime juice as soon as it arrived. It was a breeze compared to the hand-squeeze method. I am very happy with it! OTHER STUFF ....Some folks suggest affixing the press to a countertop or some other method to secure it to a surface while using - otherwise you need to hold the press in place while squeezing, and this can feel a bit awkward. I like the idea of securing it in place but don't have room for a 'permanent' home for it in my kitchen, so I will pull it out of storage when I need to use it. If I did affix it to something... there aren't bolt holes or anything so I would need to get a bit creative for how to do it, but it could certainly be done. My only other 'wish' is if there were a little more room within the base to place the cup or whatever you are collecting the juice in. The hole where the juice comes out is near the back of the stand and I haven't found a great collection vessel yet... I don't want to use a glass in case I slip while squeezing and break it, it is too small to rest a small bowl comfortably. An empty cottage cheese container is not bad, but is just a tad too wide to fit snugly at the back of the base without slipping forward. Never fear - I will find The Perfect Collection Container, and am still very pleased with this purchase. CLEANING - the main squeeze cups are removable for easy cleaning. The rest of the unit needs to be wiped down after using... if you are like me your hands get covered in juice so the handle, everything needs a wipedown. This is fairly quick and easy to do, nothing like the nightmare of cleaning electric juicers that I have used in the past. Now I will buy one for my friends who like to stockpile lime juice for margaritas !

Pretty good squeezer, wasn't hard to clean either, other than it should be little more support on the front cause you pull it down the back lifts, so kind of a pain, so I had to make a bracket so it didn't move at all. other wise works good.
