This ice machine is quick, I own a bar and this ice machine can keep up with the demands. The ice cubes are the right size and the ice quality is spot on. The only thing I don’t care for is the noise level when the ice drops but other then that it’s great.

I got this ice machine a year ago and it works great and I had one problem with it and the customer service was very helpful and gave me anew machine in 7 days

This ice machine works awesome!!! Surprised at how much ice it cranks out and how well it keeps up. Did have an issue with a filter leaking and it actually got water all over ice machine and shorted something out. Customer service was awesome and just sent me a new unit! Highly recommend

I do not recommend this item. We bought it in September of 2024 and began using it in January of 2025 and it is not working. The ice maker is defective and get any help from the manufacturer is next to impossible. We are completely unhappy with this Amazon purchase nd do not recommend anybody to purchase this item and be out the the $1750.00 wasted on this ice maker!This is from my boss, Ryan said these are very cheaply made units and no parts are available locally. He can look at it but if it needs anything he doesn't know that we can get the parts. These are throw away makers. You cannot get any service or help with these ice makers. Shame on Amazon for selling these products!!!

Machine is great, ice production is good but bin size is not as advertised.4 ice buckets and it's empty.Our soda machine can fit 120 pounds of bagged ice easily and four ice buckets empties this machine and only fills the soda machine half full.

A lot of the ice machines sold on amazon aren't of good quality. This machine is a legit commercial unit. Setup is easy and minimal programming is needed. Basically turn it on and it starts cranking out ice. The customer service team is awesome with helping on all tech service requests. They have been very quick to respond and send replacement parts if needed. Highly recommend this machine it has been a game changer for my business keeping my employees hydrated and cool in the summer months.
