Great ice machine so far. Machine makes lots of ice and pretty fast. Customer service has been great. I had some leaky filter issues but the seller shipped a new filter system and awesome customer service. If you are looking for an ice machine for your home or business I highly recommend!!

I'm really picky about my ice. Has to be clear or clear enough that it doesn't make my soft drink flat. This ice machine makes perfect ice that adds a touch of elegance to every drink I serve.It's quiet enough when running and it has that commercial ice machine feel to the ice so no more purchasing ice from the store. I'll probably save money in the end owning this ice machine over the 3-5 bags a day we purchased previously. Do the math, at $3/bag for ice this machine should pay for itself and the convenience is free.Another thing that I appreciate about this machine is its easy-to-use controls. All the parameters had been set, and I just turned it on and did nothing else and it started to make ice. And it's simple to adjust the ice-making settings as needed, which saves me time and hassle.The large storage bin is also a great feature, as it ensures that I always have enough ice on hand.Overall, I couldn't be happier with this purchase. The ice maker has exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

Reason I gave it 3 stars is you got to have a pressure regulator they they do not tell you the instructions is mpa not psi.. not much instructions with it on start up. But seems to be a good machine. Water filter housing leaks waiting on a response from the factory. I post later how that goes.

At first, the machine made a lot of noise due to the shipping problem, so I contacted LEACCO immediately, and Lemon was our contact person. Lemon is our counterpart. Thanks to Lemon, he helped us immediately and sent us another machine. So far the machine is working great.The best part of this transaction is that I can write my questions directly in Chinese, which is my native language after all, and it's a great feeling.It's a great deal.
