Flushes like a champ! Easy to install. No other toilet I could find on line would fit my small space. Because of design, compact tank and flush mechanism, it fits extremely well, better than the previous small toilet of older vintage and flush technology. Truly great customer service to arrange shipping on a precise day to fit the schedule of the installer. Very responsive. Even though the order was on line, which is usually impenetrable to personalized service and responses, this company was as if it was the neighborhood plumbing supply store! Simple lines, easy to clean inside and out.

Only downside, installation is more difficult than an open sided toilet. MUST HOOK UP FEED LINE TO TANK BEFORE SETTING THE BASE ON THE BOLTS! Other than that, the smooth sides are much easier to clean and has a neater appearance. I did have questions when installing, and response from the company was quick and informative. I would definately purchase again.

I’m extremely satisfied about this toilet.I was looking for a small size and it fits perfectly.Flushing system is great quality and the design is really modern. It took me an hour to install it from A to Z. Hands up also to their customer service !

Fits my bathroom and gives me a little extra space. It can be tricky to install as it is one piece and rather heavy/awkward to position. Definitely have a strong friend to help

We bought this for the straight, simple, easy-to-clean lines of the exterior. It's great for that. The interior, how can I say this, little bits tend to get stuck on the angled back, a problem we didn't have with the previous old-fashioned toilet. Minor annoyance. We like the soft close lid and the double flush options. It takes up much less floor space than our old one, which in our infinitesimal powder room is a good thing indeed.
