This has been one of my best purchases in the past several years. I'm certainly no expert on these types of toilets and have no experience with any other brands so take this review from that perspective. Since many of you are possibly also unfamiliar with smart toilets, perhaps this can give some insight on what to expect from an economical model such as this one.It is well made and solid. Most of its 90-plus pounds are in the ceramic bowl. The seat, pump, motors, etc. weigh under 10. It ships well-protected in styrofoam in a carton with water supply line, valves, adapters, wax seal, flange and more. The instructions are very well written and not just a bad computer translation. It's no more difficult to install than any other toilet with the additional requirement of a nearby electrical outlet. For appearance, it's best to install an outlet low on the back wall near the center of the bowl. For water supply I decided to use the supplied ½†water connection rather than the ⅜ adapters for maximum pressure and flow since there is no tank and I have a well. This model has pretty much all of the features of more expensive ones and they work well. The automatic opening lid is nice and can be disabled if your bathroom layout causes too many false openings. The heated seat is great in cold weather. The foot-switch operated seat lifter is handy although you do have to wait a couple of seconds from the time the lid fully opens for it to operate. You can control the bidet functions from either the remote control or from side-mounted switches but the remote has more functions. The software that operates everything is very well written and responsive. You can't activate functions unless certain criteria are met. The wash water requires a pressure sensor in the seat to be active before water will flow. Similarly, you can't change some modes while the seat is occupied.Without getting too graphic, using it is simple. When it's time, you select either front or rear wash and the nozzle will extend and the water flows. The pressure, position, and temperature can be adjusted from the remote. I recommend setting the water temp every time regardless of what the temp display says to be sure it's what you want and not a chilly surprise. The displays for the four water and seat temps are in Celsius only but are essentially: room temp, cool, warm, warmest. The remote has 4 LEDs to indicate the setting as you cycle through the selections. You can also adjust the air dryer temperature. Unfortunately, you can't save and recall personal preferences. The toilet can be flushed from the remote, the side buttons, foot switch, or automatically when the seat becomes unoccupied. It also flushes when the air dryer is activated. There is a connection for a 9-volt battery to flush the toilet from the seat-mounted button during a power outage. The end result of all of this is you'll feel cleaner and have greatly reduced toilet paper usage which is great for people like me with a septic system. My main concern about these Chinese manufactured toilets is will there be repair parts available in the future. Unlike with more well-known companies, there's no guarantee the model, manufacturer or importer will still be around in several years. It's possible that the bidet portions of many of these toilets are interchangeable since it only snaps on at two points. It, along with the remote, is the most likely part to fail. You could also argue that at these prices, if it lasts five years you've gotten your money's worth but that seems wasteful. Having said this, the company is very quick to respond via email if you have any questions concerning installation or operation. I had some questions that were quickly and concisely answered by someone clearly fluent in English. I was also assured the toilet comes with a 2-year warranty for any parts that fail due to non-human factors.I hope this helps anyone like me who is interested in these types of toilets but has never even seen one except in photos. I can't vouch for how durable it is after only two months of use although it appears fairly rugged for something made partially of plastic. Otherwise, if this concerns you, spend thousands more for one from one of the industry leaders if you have the money (which I don't). Either way, say goodbye to toilet paper and those creepy cartoon bears!

This is an amazing high-tech toilet! It comes with so many smart features—automatic lid opening and closing, flushing, bidet, and even drying. Everything about it is truly impressive. The heated seat has been a lifesaver this winter, keeping me warm and comfortable during every visit. The user manual is incredibly detailed, and I’ve been able to find answers to all my questions about the features. The smart controls are very straightforward, and the remote makes it easy to activate the functions I need. This smart toilet has exceeded my expectations in every way. Its advanced features and exceptional comfort make it worth every penny. I’m already planning to buy another one for my other bathroom. If you’re looking to upgrade your bathroom experience, I highly recommend this smart toilet!

You get what you pay for. I got two of them and installed them by 2 different plumbers and they both smell bad if you don’t flush them for longer than an hour. idk what kind of flushing system they have but they smell bad.

Toilet from beyond the stars! That dream toilet used to cost a fortune, but is now as much as a standard boring siphoning toilet!-High quality sensors can detect you even in the dark!-Can automate its actions or allow for manual button push (from remote or side buttons on unit).-Heavy duty, heavy, unit with everything up to a high standard.-Features a minor introduction of water upon sitting (to prevent bathroom business from sticking... smart, huh?), then comes the flush, and lastly, a last bit of added water to prevent sewer gases from surfacing, as with siphoning toilets.-Strong powerful flush that takes care of business. No wasting a ton of water on siphoning and then wondering if you'll need a plunger this time. The strong jet of water is to the point and effective.-All the parts seem durable and can be replaced quite easily upon inspecting the unit. Don't let the fact that it has technology fool you. You can have these modules on hand in your garage for easy replacement, but given the quality, and if you take care of it, it should be a long long time before anything needs replacement.-I was so tickled by the functions of the bidet, heater, and heated seat. The seat always greets you with warmth. Then bring a little soap with you on your hand and the bidet gets you as clean as taking a bath! No more irritation, itch, etc. You're new again!!! The next time you have stomach problems, this will be a blessing... it doesn't matter how many trips to the toilet you need to make, there will be the zero irritation on the 99th, the very same warm clean experience you got on the first trip... unlike toilet paper, leaving you in an irritation nightmare, and extremely unsanitary.-Given everything, this can literally prevent tags and hemorrhoids that also create sensation nightmares.-Turn your toilet into the experience it always could be.-Their 5 star support will help with any rare issue or problem... so friendly!!! I was one of those rare cases, but they sent the replacement parts express, and included extra! Even with an issue, it's very likely that you can still use toilet while you fix the problem, which is great.-Ive noted great failsafes inside that prevent flooding onto the floor, should anything ever happen (as in the overflow with a regular siphon based toilet.-Buy a good stainless steel filter and hook it up before its water line connection to prevent hard water deposits.-They include the wax seal and even a great shutoff that has a smaller filter built in (can be washed off to clean)!!! They also include the floor mount... this is everything and more!-It's so worth it for a smart toilet in this case... some smart tech is better left in the dust, but this toilet spoils not only you, but your private matter health!!!

i like the looks and function, it is a good product. p.s. have you considered making the seat taller, to meet ada specs? that would make it a 5 star rating. thank you for reading this.
