This is the 9th day of the toilet's being used. There had been a problem of the 'fill valve' blowing out on it's first water fill. I had some difficulty figuring out how to get in touch with the seller, but once I contacted Amazon's customer service, they put me in touch with 'special services' who then contacted the seller, who then got back to me. In the meantime, I wanted to have the toilet become functional so I could be deciding if I would be keeping it. So, I extracted the 20 year old fill valve from the toilet that had been retired and placed it in the new King toilet. It works very well. The flushing is quick and powerful. I haven't changed anything with water volumes on either of the flush buttons. They seem fine. The toilet arrived one day early. The packaging was ideal, parts were snug inside a lot of styrofoam.Box was delivered safely to my driveway. This is a good toilet for a do-it-yourselfer. Only one person was needed for installation, although two would have made the job much faster. The toilet weighs 95lb.Doing it by myself required pedestals and leverage and installing the wax ring on top of the floor flange instead of the company's recommendation of mounting it under the toilet base. The sellers recommend attaching the water inlet hose before putting the toilet in its place, and I'd agree, and I'd also recommend you install your toilet seat then too. [It comes with a pretty, thin, slow-closing toilet seat that is still in it's wrapper. I'd read many toilet reviews, and heard so many unhappy storiesabout other people's experiences (not with King toilets. King's was about the 8th toilet that I was seriously considering,) that I'd decided to stay with my tried and true old toilet seat, that had passed stringent family standards, so that's what's been installed. The holes in the King toilet are in the standard position and it would probably handle any round toilet seat. Those holes are much bigger then the spindles that affix the toilet seat to the toilet and adding a couple 5/8" rubber grommets (they are shaped like a life-saver candy) solved that problem and the seat is solidly in place.]The toilet had already been installed on top of it's wax ring in its place when I changed the fill(inlet) valve. The toilet is about one inch from the wall at it's high point and has 3 1/4" space at the low point. My hands could reach in, but the odd angle and small space made it difficult to gain leverage. Fortunately, a 1 7/16" shower valve socket from Husky was the perfect tool to loosen the water inlet connection. If you don't want to take it off it's sealing wax ring, and you need to change anything with the inlets, you will probably need some comparable tool.KK KE KING's customer service did reach out and give me help. Manager Janice worked with an engineer to show me how to reseat the part of the fill valve that had blown out. They created two little video's that illustrated how it fits together. They were easy to follow, no words required. I had already guessed the same, but, this gave me more confidence. She also sent me the instructions for both the fill and flush valves, which will be nice to have for future maintenace and adjustments. She had understood my delima and gave me the info I needed to fix the problem. I haven't yet swapped out the fill valves to see if the original is now going to work, but I think it will, and she said she'll send me another if it doesn't. She's very nice and helpful and the company is standing behind their products. Knowing that an old fashioned fluidmaster fill valve works perfectly, gives me confidence about the new toilet's compatibility with other hardware and accessories. This is my first dual flush toilet, and I wasn't sure how different they were. The fill valves seem interchangeable. After I'd taken my older toilet out, I discovered the floor flange was very worn down and lopsided. I had to cut out some of the drain pipe, and then put a new iron floor flange on top. That made things a bit higher than ideal. To compensate I added some light colored vinyl flooring pieces underneath the new toilet. It's level and stable. The toilet looks nice and feels solid. It appears well-made. I am happy with it! My last toilet was between 50 and 76 years old. I hope this one will live as long.Height 27", width 14 1/2"," depth 24", seat height 16". Weight 95lbs.Updating. August 10,2024. After one month of constant use, I am even more happy with toilet. It's flush is very fast, powerful and efficient. It looks good and behaves as it should.Something I should have mentioned in first review; The small white water-fill-hose inside tank with it's hardware, needed to be inserted, it didn't come that way. It's loose end belongs in the small hole at top of white plastic pipe that leads into toilet for flushing (picture #9). You might want to also check and be sure the white flip lever on top of the fill valve (inside water tank) is SECURLY seated (picture #4INovember 13, 2024. Excellent toilet. Didn't use the seat that came with it. Preferred the one I already had. Can't say much about the seat. The flushing ability is the best. Uses very little water, is powerful and quick. I would recommend this toilet, don't know about the seat, I prefer the older wooden variety.

The water keeps running. I checked instruction but the installer said that it need a new flapper/ flush valve. Waited for a response to get it replaced and no email response. The toilet looks nice but doesn't work.

This toilet seat wasn't hard to install but, the circles on the back of the seat that insert into the metal thingies ( I am not technically inclined but I installed this toilet seat ) they move . Make sure you adjust them back into the right spot. Also, unlike other toilet seats if you sit on top of this one you just may break the seat and I am not a " large person". It isn't the best quality but, it serves its purpose.. If I could do it all again I would have just took my lazy self to home depot .

Even installed two toilets in the last three years. This one is exceptional. There is a small flush and a large flush. And they work extremely well. Our other toilet has the same options, but we are having to flush more than once, even with the ‘big’ flush button. The flush is clean, no spraying. Would buy this toilet over and over again.
