This is a well engineered design, comfortable, Easy to install, (with some tips) support is good. The springs were disconnected which made an easy install very frustrating. The springs are very strong and trying to figure out how to keep them on the hooks to reinstall was hard (PITA). There is no way the springs would have come off in shipping if properly installed. The bolts were laying loose in the bottom of the box. The assembler and the inspector failed to do their job. I suggest returning and ordering another if your springs are not properly installed. Tips: Remove the seat slide safety screw and separate the base plate from the seat mechanism. Install the base and put the seat cushion and back on the seat mechanism and place on the seat slide and reinstall the seat slide screw. Adjusts the spring tension for your weight.Mr. MANUFACTURE, The seat needs to be molded to allow for tail bone Coccyx, Sciatica Pain Relief. I installed this seat on a 1970 Leyland. The stock bolts didn’t line up with the slots in the seat, but using some bar-stock I made adapters to the tractor that worked well. Very high quality for the price, suspension works well. Looks durable, wipes down easily. Easy to drill more holes in the base if needed. I have had it several months now, no complaints.

I installed this seat on my 1962 Ford 4000 Diesel Tractor to replace the original steel pan seat. Let me just say that regardless of how much time you spend on your tractor, your posterior bottom and internal organs will greatly appreciate the sudden and violent pain brought on from the old steel seat when driving across uneven, bumpy ground. Installation was relatively easy, however I recommend applying some thread lock to the fasteners that attach the seat cushion and backrest to the frame. Other than that, it’s a solid purchase. 5 stars

I made an adapter plate to mount this to my JD Z425 zero-turn mower. It works great and reduces all the hard bouncing I had with the original JD seat being mounted to the frame which has no shocks. 4-star instead of 5 because I had to disassembly a lot of it to attach the springs which had come off their hooks (or someone didn't put enough adjustable pressure on them to keep them from coming loose after they left the factory). Nice adjustment for weight of person and seat can tilt some too. Due to added height of this seat vs the old seat, I will add extensions to my mowers handle bars. This is something to consider. I love it so far. I weigh 200 lbs and I adjust the tension below the mark for my weight for a softer ride over my rough field.
