We have an on demand water heater system installed that includes a neutralizer condensate tube with these beads in it. I wasn't sure where I was going to find a replacement for them and of course... low and behold... Amazon truly does sell it all! These work exactly as our others do that came with the system. They are generous in the amount given at 3+ lbs, we will get two canister fills out of this one package. Which for us means it will last us for close to two years total. They work great and are already showing signs of neutralization. Impressed completely and thrilled with the purchase, would purchase again.

I installed my own tankless water heater and forgot to put the condensate filter. Many months later I find that the concrete under the heater had a hole/depression and I realized that I forgot to put in a neutralizer and the acidic water condensate dripped down and damaged the concrete. I installed a condensate filter and put these pellets and so far so good. The pH was originally at 5.8. Now the pH after installing the pellets, I'm up to 8.4. It's too early to tell how long these pellets will last but it will be MANY MANY months before I expect to add more.
