These elbow pads are very comfortable and they don't make you feel uncomfortable with perspiration. They are an elbow saver...I use a heavy revolver an when I get tired I rest my elbow on the stainless steel counter at the range and during recoil my elbow got blistered. A towel seemed okay but if just wanted to just shoot your elbow pad is always there. Of course they are very lightweight and seem super durable. I thought the price was quite reasonable. I haven't purchased the knee pads yet but I'm sure they are comporable.

Will work just fine. Not a perfect product but for the money it will work.
