The universal truth that you get what you pay for is in effect on these shoddily made reducers.The nickel plating is pretty bad, but more important to their actual function are the threaded holes - crooked and rough threads which I have no doubt would easily strip, so I'm treating them as if I have one shot at tightening them on the cable.

Never even knew these existed! Love them very happy with this fix to an issue audio guys deal with daily or anyone hooking up an amp even, this keeps your wiring clean no stray frayed wires or messing with clamping on terminal ends, just screw these on nice & tight, shrinkwrap them so they will not touch & plug them into your amp (properly ofcourse) you will notice a great difference in how easy that whole set up is.

Definitely well constructed. Was worried about my amp wires catching my carpet on fire Amp wires fit right into these and they fit right into the amp like a glove
