I love this pillow! It is heavy, fluffy, and will maintain it's shape for quite some time. If it starts to flatten all u have to do is fluff it a little and it goes right back to how u want it. I can't say it's cooling but I've never gotten sweaty or hot from using it. I use it to lay on my side and put my arm under it so when I lay on my arm, it doesn't go numb. I am 5'6" and it's about my size. I didn't notice any smells or anything when I took it out of the package. It comes vacuum sealed and u have to unfold it and kinda fluid it a little and let it expand. It took about 30 mins to expand fully

I'm a believer,! This body pillow is amazing, especially in warmer months. One side has cooling technology that actually is c cooler to touch on one side and stays that way all night! The other side is soft puffed fabric. The pillow part is memory foam so it not only condor to but also supports your body. Perfect for side sleeper like me. This was a great buy for me and I highly recommend it. Follow the directions for unboxing so that the pillow will achieve maximum expansion. It's wonderful!!

This thing is good. It has a cool side and a "normal" side. I love that it stays cool. It seems well designed and has help up. My only dislike (and it is minor) is that I have to fluff the pillow out each morning. The stuffing tends to shift some inside. It would not keep me from buying another.

Weirdly, I’m using my pillow for “ Parkinson’s sleep fightingâ€! This pillow has a cool side, and, it seriously is, nice & refreshing & it has a regular side.While, I make a wall with my pillow; my 6’4 225 pound guy, cannot punch thru my pillow wall, which happens during his 3:30-4 am rem cycle. . âœŒï¸ I then enjoy its soothing, body melding, comfortably cool & refreshing nurture.This pillow, is awesome. I’d have paid triple for this pillow. ***please don’t raise price of pillow. It’s Appreciated.I’m going online to find head, neck size as, I’m a cervical surgery patient & feel this pillow has merit.

First of all, I have to say I’ve never used a body pillow before. I am 5’4†and I think this body pillow is just too long for me? I took out quite a bit of stuffing because it was very full. Enough to make an entire pillow out of! The cover is soft, one side is cooling.Really I just can’t decide if I even like having a body pillow or not. There’s things about it I like, but it’s kind of a hassle if you turn over. It’s like moving a whole body!Good customer service.

I got this to help with cooling my head while sleeping. It does work great. HOWEVER if like me you don't move your head much when sleeping you will notice that if your head is in the same place for a while the pillow no longer cools. BUT all you have to do is flip your head on the pillow and its back. If you move your head more when your sleeping then you will love this pillow. If your like me you will still like it but will need to move your head more to get the full benefit of the pillow. I also say that i like the memory foam inside, but with any stuffing i find it moves after a few days and my normal spot for my head loses the stuffing. BUT its easy to move more back and get it back to where it should be.

It did take mea little while to get it perfectly adjusted, but most of the pillows I have tried are just too dang flat. This one is STUFFED to the max, so it was ironically way too thick - but no problem, zip it open and start pulling out handfuls of memory foam - be warned you'll end up with little fluffy bits stuck all over you. I took out too much, so I put some back in...but I think I finally have the Goldilocks effect. The zip off cover that can go in the wash is ESSENTIAL, and I really like the "ice silk" or whatever for the cool side. Some reviews complain it doesn't stay cool - of courese it doesn't. It isn't made out of magic - when it's against your body for a bit it warms up. I have covers like that on all my pillows, and they do need to be re-exposed to room temperature air every once in a while to get the icy effect back, but you can REALLY feel the difference.UPDATE - I'm taking off about half a star, because after washing the cover for the first time it is pilling a bit on the "icy" side, which takes away some of that nice silky feeling.

It's pretty good, only one side cools. So just a heads up. I got this to help with my hot flashes, it's cool but can get warm and hold that heat. But I am also running hot so that probably doesn't help.
