This copper mesh is very strong. I haven't used it yet, but I think it will do a good job plugging in the holes of possible entry for the mice that get into my attic.

I use pieces of this copper mesh to put into the weep holes on my brick house to keep scorpions and other insects from coming in my house . The copper does not rust and last a long time.

This is exactly as described however the price point of this is quite high for a lack of yardage. Sadly my residence is dealing with a rodent infestation and rat holes is quite deep. I would need another 3 rolls of this to fit my needs. Luckily I had already used course kitchen steel wool in this hole before adding this mesh to it.I would reorder but again not enough yardage for this price point.

Recently a pest control person discovered an access point for mice in my cabin and said to use copper mesh to plug it up. He had found another spot and plugged that, but said he did not have enough for this hole. I used this product and it was just the perfect amount for the rather large hole along the trim of my house. Very effective!!But I would also like to mention that it is great when a company makes a product and clearly has tested it out before selling it. They included a pair of plastic gloves and small scissors in the package. That was amazing. No 'finding out too late' that this stuff can poke your skin when you are stuffing it in a hole. With the gloves on, I was able to handle it with no issues and then used the point of the small scissors to push the mesh deeper into the hole, to eliminate any chance of a mouse pulling the mesh out to get in. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

I had an issue with bugs entering the weep holes near my foundation & where my siding meets the stone on my home. Stuffing them with this mesh has effectively stopped them. It does not rust or create any residue so my house looks perfectly tidy even after weeks of rain. It was FAR more cost effective than having my pest control do it. It was easy to install, cut & form the balls.

How to keep mice out? Plug up every hole and access point to your living space. Buy this mesh, find the holes, fill the holes.We live in the country and there are mice. Ok I get it they were here first and then a house got built on their space and then the humans in that house had so many enticements for mouse life. But they bring filth so much filth and I don’t want them in my space. Steel wool is a wonderful thing but it rusts and then breaks down and then there is a gap and then mice in the house. I found one particular access point from the crawl space to the 1st floor mechanical room. The steel wool worked until it rusted away. This copper mesh—I didn’t know there was such a thing. I love it. It works and not one sign of rust after a few months. Also not one sign of mice.The mesh is not as cheap as steel wool. The quantity I bought was less than I thought it would be but it was enough for my purposes in filling one area around a four inch pipe.If you have many holes you’ll need a lot of mesh and it could get pricey. I wish it were cheaper.Oh the man who built this house and lived here before us had a record of mousetrapping 23 in one day. Yes there are mice. Keep them out then you don’t have to be bothered with them.
