Using a chainsaw to do the dreaded stump removal. Dug around the stump to remove as much dirt as possible as dirt just destroys chains on chainsaws. After cutting sections of this large stump, the chain dulls because of the sand. Instead of destroying a new chain, I purchased and use this product. Was happy with the portability as I didn't have to leave the worksite, quickly sharpened the chain, guide helped this novice sharpener keep the correct angle and back to quickly cutting on the stump with a sharp chain. Highly recommend.

EDITWas able to get in touch with the seller and they are sending a replacement unit to me so this is resolved. I wish it hadn't broken quickly, but the tool is useful and with a replacement inbound I will be up and running again. I especially like that this is portable and allows me to freshen up a chain on a job site if necessary.Tried contacting Amazon and the retailer but all I get is bot runaround. The second time I used this tool it would not allow me to remove the bit with the included wrench because the detent to lock the shaft in place will not work.At this point I just spent $80 to sharpen exactly TWO CHAINS and I cannot get support from the seller or Amazon so I'm left wishing I could rate this lower than 1 star.Things happen and substandard pieces make it past QC. I get that, but I don't get why you won't stand behind the product and just hide behind bots that lead to nowhere.

I have 3 sizes of chainsaws and this is the one I can really handle. The others are just too heavy. This holds a charge for a decent amount of time and really does the job of trimming!

Sharpens the chain very quickly and when properly set up you can sharpen a Farmboss in about 7-8 minutes. Just be careful not to run it too long or the tooth will slowly disappear.

Only used twice so far but the tool works great, bits are accurate and cut quickly. Best part is that it is cordless and can be used in the woods for a quick touch up.
