Charged and tested it when we got it and it seemed powerful, next time we needed it the battery was dead so we used another tool and charged the battery again. Once charged we tested it and it seemed to work. This is not a tool that we would use in our kitchen every day, so charging it for 2.5 hrs every time we think we might want to use it sort of defeats the point of this tool. Several time since we have wanted to use it and found the battery dead again even after having charged it after last attempt. Will NOT buy this brand again.

Couldn't wait for it to get here so I could try making my own Smoothies. I even had the ingredients ready to go. Lucky it arrived already charged (Thanks for that!) & my 1st attempt is a delicious hit!!! Cordless sure is convenient. So,yeah, this is a quality product & pretty pleased. I'm confident I'm on my way to another healthier option. Here's my 1st try: 8oz V8 Delicious Greens, FFGY, purple grapes. Handfuls of spinach & romaine . Adding frozen edemame & 2Tbls flax seeds gave it a creamy crunch. I seriously could enjoy this Every Day, thank you for an awesome blender

I’ve used it only once so far, but really like how it handles. It cleans up nice. I’m looking forward to making many things with this handy tool.

I had another brand of immersion blender for about a year and it worked well but the blender stick connection was made of plastic and it broke. I replaced it with this blender with an all metal blender stick. So far I've used it to make homemade mayo and it works great! It whipped up a thick, creamy batch of mayo in seconds! I love it and am looking forward to using the other attachments soon. This blender appears to be very well made. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

I bought this blender in August, turned it on and it worked.I didn't use it until Nov since it just something to have in the kitchen but not used often,I charged it and it didn't work.I tried everything and it just won't turn on.Don't let this happen to you. Try another blender!I am out $40 when I could have purchased a $20 corded version.Thats what I get for going with new technology ( cordless).Stick with tried and true. Electric plug.

More power than I expected for a cordless... and so much better than corded.UPDATE:Battery is always dead. I only need to use the blender every other week and even if fully charged after each use, it is always dead when I go to use it again. That defeats the convenience.
