The grinder is great. It works well on my mosaic and stained glass. What I like is that it is water self-feeding, so it doesn't need a sponge behind the grinder bits any more. Compact size, rechargeable, low voltage and easily used in different place.

It went out of battery so I plugged it in for HOURS!! Still the red button blinked and stopped working. I got this on my credit card because I didn’t have enough money but now I’m going to be paying for this pos for months that doesn’t even work. Fu

I applaud this company for their customer service. I had issues with my first grinder but they responded to my needs and assisted me with getting a working machine. I am appreciative.

I was using this product for maybe ten minutes when it died. I charged it for a few hours and now it won’t turn back on again. I’ve taken it apart to see if I could fix it but it still won’t turn on. Don’t waste your money on this item,

This glass grinder was great initially. It's very affordable when it comes to craft/art tools. The instructions it came with were very vauge. I put it together, used water and it worked really well. That is, until the sound started to change, it was almost like a tool that uses brushes where you can hear them wearing down until it stops working entirely. I'm not sure if this is the way those tools are where you have to disassemble them and replace the brushes. It's treated like a job that just has to be done in the lifetime of those tools. I don't like that mindset because someone who works with glass is not a mechanic ready to take tools apart. The whole thing looked good, and on the first about 10 times I used it without issue. It's very portable. I'm not sure how durable it actually is, though the plastic basin and mesh are holding up better than expected. For almost $100, it should last at least a year.
