The Operating Steps of The Grinder

Install the grinder according to the assembly instruction.

Install the diamond grinder bit on the grinding machine. And secure the bit to the shaft by turning the set screw clockwise with the hex wrench.

Fill the water reservoir≤200ml. No need to manually flush the grinding wheels.

Open the switch and start grinding working.

I bought this thing like a year ago and it’s still going strong. Has been phenomenal in getting me started with stained glass! Don’t have a single complaint and will buy another one when this one burns out.

Purchased as a gift for my wife who is just starting out working with stained glass. She absolutely loves it! Says it completely changed how much she could make or something like that. I hear hear out in her hobby room grinding away and making all sorts of pieces for friends family and myself. She’s had it a month and probably out over 100 hours on it. The bit is still just fine. She said something about going lightly and not stuffing the piece into the bit will make it last longer.TL/DR:The ratio of kisses from your old lady to dollars spent on this item are high.

I bought one a few weeks ago, then I needed to change out the diamond bit and it will not come off. Yes I removed the set screw, and the bit will not budge

Only came with 1 of 2 bits and without bezel and bracket! Does not reference brand or manufacturer on product or instruction manual. Still usable, just not complete.

Not sure if I just got a dud or what, but something in the machine wasn’t happy. Intermittent screeching would happen on and off. Straight from the first use. Returned it as I didn’t feel it was going to last too long. Going to buy a more expensive one that will helpfully work and last.
