I’ve been using this led light for few months now and I really like the simplicity and space-saving that it provides. The remote has few dedicated options and it’s easy to operate with no gimmicky add-ons. The colors can be a bit more accurate but otherwise it’s quite good. I also had a defect and contacted the customer service. They promptly refunded me and also let me keep the original, thank you!

Really is a super cool light works great in a corner is very bright with lots of options only with app actually worked it took a while to find it because it's not in the App Store and it was difficult to install and it doesn't work that well but the light is amazing and if you only use the remote that comes with it there's no issues I was just disappointed in the app

Setting to 4 stars so the don't bury this review. The LEDs themselves are standard WS addressable LEDs but the controller is subpar quality. Caused flickering and responded to th remote 1/4 of the time. Does not come with a wall adapter and it requires a substantial amount of power for a USB plug.The LEDs are not bright enough to be an actual lamp. Would be okay for mood lighting if that's all you want it for.

Believe the other reviews that it is cheaply made. First it is made of a very weak plastic. Which, like another review, is okay because it says in the corner but it’s your first indication that it’s not going to be the best experience. Next is the brightness. The brightness is not very bright at all. It sets an ambience but it’s not bright enough to do anything. Here’s a comparison, I have two sided lamp with a color changing side. That side is bright enough to function on its own as a light without the regular light side. Speaking of regular light, its regular light function is not bright either. I got a $20 ring light that is way brighter than this thing. I have color changing night lights that are bright enough to see and move well in the dark and sets great ambience where they are but you can’t really function with them. This lamp is the same, like a glorified night light. Even with all of that, I was going to keep it. But then it started changing settings on its own. One night it random went into multi color mode then changing to other solid colors randomly. I’d set it back with the remote and started changing immediately. Then it got to the point that it wouldn’t respond to the remote. That was it for me. The remote is cheaply made too. It is not a solid construction like most remotes. You can squeeze it and feel how it can be crushed in your hand if you wanted to. For $40+ this is a pure rip off.

I've found this to be a really fun addition to my office / gym room. I did have a problem with the first one they sent out but the company immediately replaced it with no return necessary and no hassle, they were really nice. There are a bunch of great lighting presets on it and a solid remote control. I've never felt the need to even use the app but you could if you wanted to customize it more. The music setting follows a beat extremely well and my son and I were having fun triggering it just using our voices or a guitar. I only regret not getting one with the temperature adjustable white light for when you want to use it without the colors but for how cheap this is, its really a great buy.

I like everything. This lamp has replaced the Christmas tree. The light is not bright, the lamp does not illuminate the room, but glows pleasantly, does not bother the eyes. The lamp does not take up space. The lamp is very easy to assemble from four Jedi swords.
