Compared to Rio and SA, this has much more solid colors and easier to see, especially in glare conditions. I put a section of white indicator, then tri-color in the euro nymph leader and that allows a lot of visibility and accommodates different depths.

I’m using this for a sighter in euro-nymphing leader. I use two sections tied together with a blood knot and leave 1†color tag ends to enhance visibility. I terminate with a tippet ring to attach my tippet to.

I make my own fishing leaders and I now will only use Cortland leader material. It's very strong. Doesn't seem to get weak from the sun. They just make quality stuff.

Not usually a fan of Cortland gear, but this indicator line has a pink in color, which seems hard to find in my poundage, but is a good visible color on the river in many light shades from my experience..
