I have a medium-size case used for smaller hats but large hats would stick out so far that the zipper would not close - which also works by the way, but the hats are not fully protected.This one seems designed for cowboys hats but works well for any larger-brimmed hats. I fit about 6 hats into it when stacked very tightly, which caused some crushing and small damage to a few of the hats but that's because I tried fitting in as many as possible.It's a great case and protects hats well. Ideally if you have up to three hats I'd say this would do a great job in protecting them.Can't complain at all about the quality and construction of the case. It's well-made and works well.Fits into suitcase but does extend to a little more than half of a large suitcase so keep that in mind if you are traveling - it takes up a large amount of space. But the tradeoff is worthwhile if you wear hats. Definitely a must-have and I'm not sure why I didn't buy this years ago!!!If you wear larger hats this is a great option.

I legit am Christmas with this for my oldest son! He absolutely loves it!! He says it travels well and because I got the larger size he has no issues fitting his hat inside! He raves about how easy it is to carry, while keeping his hat clean! Great quality!!!

The Ozueccr cowboy hat holder is exactly what I needed for my beaver felt hat I want to travel with but not necessarily wear at the same time. The carrier is big enough to handle 2 hats if they can nest inside themselves.The zipper is strong, and I appreciate that it comes with a shoulder strap. I had extra room inside for a few things like my pill box and a few pieces of jewelry I didn’t want to check in my bag. I like that extra bit of functionality.I’ve been looking at this hat carrier for a while and am glad I bought it! It seems durable and does an excellent job of protecting my hat, especially at this price point.

I bought this to protect my cowboy hat while traveling on airplanes, and it did that job superbly! The box fits easily into the overhead compartment on aircraft. The box is lightweight, yet quite sturdy, and the elastic straps inside make it easy to stow almost any size hat with a brim. If the brim of your hat is curved down (like one with a "bullrider's" brim where the front and back of the brim dip down), you won't be happy with the strap system and may wish to put a block under the hat, but otherwise, it will hold just fine. The box is actually tall enough to accommodate two hats with flat or soft brims (like a traveling hat), when the second hat is stacked directly on top of the bottom hat.My only disappointments were with the optional carrying strap and the wide elastic luggage handle strap across the back. One of the cheap metal clasps on the carrying strap broke while walking with the box carried over my shoulder. Had I rigged it as a backpack, like shown in the advertisement, I would have dropped it completely. As it was, I was able to catch the box and, from then on, carried it using the permanently attached carrying handle. I will replace the original metal clasps with small carabiner type clasps, which are what should have been used originally.The elastic luggage handle strap on the back of the case is worthless. It is supposed to slide over the handle of your luggage to make securing the box easy; what a joke!!! It will not secure the box to a luggage handle because it simply isn't sturdy enough; the box flops around and will not stay in place. The manufacturer needs swap this strap out for a sturdy canvas or nylon strap like found on laptop computer cases. Those straps slide tightly over luggage handles and hold securely. Don't expect this one to work, and you can't swap it out yourself.However, if you are looking for a good travel box to protect your hats, this one is well worth the price.

Perfect storage for your hat. It is a hard case to keep your hat in shape. It is perfect for airplane travel as it will fit under your seat.

What I like about this is that I can stack both of these hats and they fit inside the hat box without crushing them. There really is no other way to travel with the two hats in the picture.The only drawback is that there is no way this hat box will fit underneath the seat in front of you on the plane. This is only going to fit in the overhead bin***But be careful if you travel on a Horizon Air codeshared with American Airlines flight that uses the smaller CRJ-700 or CRJ-900 planes. This might not fit in the overhead bin. This is especially true of American Airlines’ regional flights. And if it doesn’t fit in the overhead bin they might have to check it. No thank you!!!This hat box is sturdy and has not been crushed or bent in at any point when I have traveled, but I am always careful that it is never checked. However, the hat box is too wide so it cannot stand on its side in an overhead bin. Therefore it has to lay flat and people constantly put backpacks on top of my hat box. So you’ll be better off putting the hat box on the other side of the isle you are sitting on so you can watch people as they try (and regularly do) move the hat box to put their bags in because they think it’s small.Absolutely love this box and wouldn’t even think of traveling without it. It does come with shoulder straps that you can hook on and wear this like a backpack. I haven’t tried this yet because I just carry it in hand since I travel with a backpack as my second carryon.

This case is sturdy but lightweight. It fits my cowboy hat well and doesn’t put too much downward pressure which would result in miss shaping. I recommend.

I bought a new hat when I was in Nashville and didn’t wanna travel home with the big box that it comes in. Bought this travel box and was extremely surprised at the quality. I am able to fit two hats in this box. I would definitely recommend it.

I need to travel with my western hat. Places like Temu don't offer the right size or crush proof protection. Amazon delivered with this case. It's just the right size to make it through carry-on. Even if I didn't I would trust it to protect in thr belly of the plane.
