I have been craving a decent crab boil lately, and all that I have found in my area is mediocre at best. I decided to just make my own. But When I moved several years ago I got rid of my crab tools since we weren't eating so often; kids, life, expensive. My son absolutely fell in love with the shears, being able to cut right through the shell quickly. I preferred the plastic tool to work in the shell and get all of the meat out of. Either way this had the tools for the job and it made quick work of almost 3 lbs of crab legs. If you are looking to eat a bunch of crab and want the tools to do it with ease, get this set. You won't be dissapointed.

Most of the pieces are great, and make eating crab legs at home much easier. You have everything you need for both hard shell and soft shell crabs. And enough of each that you don't have to share. But the mallets...they feel like toys.... Kinda like what you would use with a xylophone, but not really even as heavy as those are. I'm not really sure what use they could possibly be, which is why I took off one star.

These tools are very useful and a great price for the quality and quantity. They are well made, sharp, easy to use and clean, light weight yet durable, and the size is perfect for men, women and children to use. I would get them again and have already recommended to others.

it’s a good product but came in a VERY FLIMSY bag ! The scissors âœ‚ï¸ blade were sticking out of the bag very dangerous ! Could have used a better bag !

Everything you need for cracking crab! Good quality tools, very easy to use. The sharpness of the tools is good.

This set contains everything you could possibly need for eating crab legs. We found that the red pincer-looking tools were extremely useful in digging extra meat out. I highly recommend this set!

These Crab Cracking Tools are well constructed, except for one of the little mallets that came separated head from handle. I'll just have to glue it back together. The rest of the set is well constructed and there are enough tools for everyone in the family. All of the tools fit into the storage bag that is included in the set. A real plus, as there are so many little pieces included in the set that it would be easy for them to get lost. If you're into fresh crab or other shell fish, directly out of the shell, these tools really do make the shelling process much easier hence your meal more enjoyable.
