Setup and getting this engraving the sample was pretty quick, I don't get the 1 star reviews. If you are a DIYer you should have no problem with it. It's def not a one step process for doing your own designs so it does take a bit of messing around and watching some videos on this sort of content

You will need a computer science degree to get it up and working. I have spent 12 hours today trying to get the correct drivers , updated software. I have used all three computers trying to get it to work!!! Don’t waste your time and money on this POJ. It looks great makes all kinds of sounds but software will not recognize it.

I'm new to laser engraving/cutting. I didn't want to spend a lot of money in case I didn't like it. This machine is just what I was looking for. It feels solid and well made. Was very easy to assemble. It's perfect for what I am wanting to do. Plenty of power for me.

I haven't really been able to use this as I can't figure out how. It does not come with any software to make it work and has no recommendations of what to download. If I got that, maybe I could give a better review.

Product doesn't work. Won't even move or set. Customer service is horrible. Total waste of money.
