I purchased this harp as a replacement part. I am pleasantly surprised at the difference in quality from the original harp with this one. This replacement harp is a higher grade metal, sits more securely in the saddle and is just slightly wider than the original. It is way more secure than the original harp was, even new. This is the first time that this has happened - I've received an item that is better quality than what I started out with.

I bought a beautiful designer lamp at a yard sale. Great shade came with it.plugged it in and something seemed 'off'. The harp was way too tall and exposed the part of the lamp that shoudl be hidden by the shade. Changing the harp was a 5 minute fix. Everyone wants to know where I got the beautiful lamp!

The lamp harp fit my older lamp perfectly. The glass shade needed the curved shape at the top of the harp.

I was relieved that this harp's finial connector could be adjusted if the shade didn't sit quite level. It is the way all such harps should be made.
