This tawa has earned its place in my kitchen and my Punjabi husband’s heart. As someone who makes roti daily, I needed something reliable, and this tawa delivers. I have tried several different "crepe" pans, but none ever quite made the mark, or scratched my induction top. This one heats evenly, works like a charm on induction, and the non-toxic, non-stick surface makes cleanup a breeze. The 11 inch size of the pan allows me to make the giant roti and paratha my husband loves. I’m thrilled I’m not scrubbing pans for hours. This tawa is a win for everyone!

Good pan for baking rotis, indian crepe (dosa). Love how easily they cook and comes off of the pan

Nonstick part works fine. Cleanup is easy too. But when heated (and it's low/medium heat), the bottom bends upward and oil flows down the edges. This is big disadvantage in my opinion
