Haven't even played a whole round yet and already have one broken mallet. The gates are very flimsy and hard to get into the ground. Received multiple splinters just getting them out of the bag.

We’ve been playing croquet in my family for years and we bought this set to replace an older one. However, when I opened the set I realized that the mallets and balls are all about half the standard size! This was disappointing because nowhere in the product description does it say that this is a MINIATURE-SIZED set. I went to return it (as we hadn’t assembled it yet), but unfortunately the return deadline had already passed. I guess we’ll try to donate it to a family with kids who might appreciate the smaller size.

I bought this because it included two extra ball and mallet colors so more people could play. It's not the sturdiest set in the world, but apply some wood glue when assembling the mallets and it will last a long time. Definitely get this set.

When we were children we used to play croquet at my Grandparents house all of the time, then I completely forgot it existed. I was instantly thrown back into those memories when I saw this set available to try out so I was very excited to show this game to the children, even though I really have no memory of how to play! Initially I felt that all of these pieces seem much smaller than I remember. However, I don't know if that is true or if that is just a distorted memory clouded by the fact that I was little at the time. I did a quick comparison of other sets and this size does seem to be pretty standard. They all measure accurately as the product page states. The mallets will need to be assembled when you receive the kit, but that is pretty easy to do. I did find a couple of the handles a little difficult to line up to the threading in the mallet head, but once I got it started it all seemed to go smoothly. Everything seems to be pretty durable and seems to hold tight, but we will see how it all holds up once we are able to really use this set in the nicer weather. I love that you get 8 sets of balls and mallets so you can play with up to 8 people (even though the instructions tell you it is for up to 6 people). Each set comes with a unique color so it is easy to keep track of during games. All of the mallets are nice and smooth so they are comfortable to hold. The colors on them are really well done and stand out well. However, I noticed the coloring on the remainder of the mallet is a little off in parts. This is really only noticeable if you are looking closely and does not affect their quality so I won't count against them for that. I also really love that everything packs nicely into the storage bag!

Have not used it. Purchased for a bridal shower and time ran outThe bride took it home to take it camping next year.Will hear back later i am sure.

Ce n'est assurément pas la meilleur qualité, mais il fait très bien le travail.Le jeu le moins cher pour 8 personnes. Avec 2 familles, personnes ne reste sur le banc :)

Great value for the money. It is a lighter weight set, but offers 8 mallets and ball, most are 6.
