I use this to get a vacuum and power washer around my lanai. Very well made and you have to really pull to get them cord out. Retracts well and stores well. My only wish is that it has a flat surface to stand by itself, it is not really made like that as I did not use the hanging brackets. Recommend.

This cord reel seems to work just fine, just hold on to it when it is retracting. If you don't the hose will smack into the wall where it is mounted. Good value for the money, I think.

My daughter is a mechanic and recommended this retractable extension cord. This thing is amazing. I no longer have to grab one of the many extension cords I have and hope it is long enough. And the fact that I don't need to use wall space to hang up all the extension cords I have is awesome. Highly recommended

Bought this to replace a 25 foot one that wasn't long enough. Easy to install, simple to operate and has been working great for a month now. I use it all the time. It has a nice and obvious click to let you know when to let it go and have it hold. It also retracts easily and smoothly. Looking forward to many years of use from it!

Replacement for 30 year old reel in steel case. So far, this "fatter" plastic model is working well after a week, no jams, fully retracting the entire length. Best feature is the slide-in reel to permanent mount should electrical contact repair be needed, the usual problem when reels fail. The lighted receptacle is weak and can barely be see in the sunlight but OK at night. I always unplug the reel cord when not in use.

So far it is a good product and functions very well. Will see how it holds up over time. Should work out great given the quality of materials used.

I have put it up use it and it really good but you need to hang onto the it when you take it back
