This is the first one of these I bought. It's the same thing as a different vendor. OK, so it's a decent board to support the CTI 5a2b02 OCXO. The one I got has all the parts. The current draw once stabilized is about 200mA with 12V supply. I beat it against WWV and was not able to get it to sync unless I shorted R3. In it's designed configuration, the 200k pot only moves the oscillator control voltage about 200mV. The oscillator control voltage is allowed to vary between 0 and 4V. Shorting R3 allowed me to sync this perfectly against WWV using a Kenwood TS940 in CW narrow mode. Surprisingly my Chinese Oscillator/Counter was almost dead on when it was synced. My old Heathkit was high by about 17 Hz. Vout for the sine wave was about 2Vpp and looked great on my scope. Vout for the TTL was about 2.5Vpp, and was not so great, but probably would look better with a good termination. Anyway, for the price they work great for a frequency standard. They seem to be fairly stable once they warm up. Not sure how they do for long duration. I was going to buy a GPS disciplined oscillator, but I think that is just one of these with the GPS rx and a microcontroller with a PWM output to the Oscillator control voltage.

Applied 12 V and several of the components good incredibly hot quickly. Would not recommend.

Frequency is initially off, but otherwise, it's a good product. I had to replace a resistor as mentioned in other comments, and then I was able to tune it to 10.000000 MHz. Running ADEV and frequency stability tests show great performance, as long as the module is not moved around. The crystal inside the OCXO will shift frequency with mechanical vibration or slight shock, which might explain why all units I purchased from various sources are initially off frequency. Mechanical robustness might be an issue with this particular TCXO part number. I haven't had time to check long-term stability yet.
