We love this is non toxic to help clean the bath water! It’s very easy to instal and hang over the bath faucet - I read it needs to be replaced every 6 months but we haven’t felt like we needed to do that yet.

I have been using these filters for quite awhile and it does help remove the over abundance of contaminants from our well water. Very happy with the quality of the bath water now.

We live near Phoenix and have extremely hard, crappy water. Several of my kids have eczema and really dry skin, especially during the winter. We've been using these bath filters for 16 months now and I've noticed their skin is nowhere near as dry as it used to be!! I really do think these help. We've not changed anything else.I didn't know this until a few weeks ago, but you can actually replace just the filter and not the whole casing/device. We didn't know and bought a whole new casing and filter and later realized you can replace just the filter. So if you didn't know this, now you do and can save $20!

I was super happy with our Crystal Quest Bath Ball filter until I went to change the filter and found mold! This was our second filter change, so we've had it for about 12 months. We didn't notice any mold at the 6-month filter change. When I reached out to the company directly, I was told "The bath ball is removing the chlorine in the water so if left in an area that is a suitable environment (Humidity, temperature, etc.), bacteria can form since there is no chlorine to prevent it.You can use hydrogen peroxide or bleach to disinfect it, then I would recommend making sure the outside and inside of the housing is dried off after each use."The directive to make sure the outside and inside of the housing are dried off after each use was not in the original manual. When I asked the company to honor the limited warranty, they told me that any exchange/replacement would have to be from Amazon... well it has been almost a year so that's a no-go.We will not be purchasing from this company again, this product is too expensive to be missing care instructions and the company does not care to honor their warranty.

Put this filter on our water cabin system....took away the smell and yellow from lake water..feeling soft and clean...Awesome....

I can't tell 100% if this works or not, but the water seems softer. I don't know if it'll last as long as it claims though.
