As others have said, cheap-looking. Also TINY--description says "ideal for displaying spheres 3" in diameter", but the opening is less than an inch. Seriously tiny. I don't really mind having the stand just disappear, it shouldn't be the focal point, but I'm not sure how stable this would be under anything bigger than 2".

Great quality for the price. Used to display a marble egg. Just the right size to stand the egg without distracting from the egg itself.

Good price for a decent product that is too small. The listing doesn't contain a very clear specification of the size. Upon receipt it is too small to hold the item I had intended to use. The inside diameter of the support ring is just under 1".

It works great for the egg i have . Unfortunatley i thought it came with two and was a bit larger , But that was my own fault for not reading description very well .

Perfect size for holding my son's blue Howlithe egg and shipping was fast the second time (didn't receive it the first time after waiting 2 months but once I contacted CrystalAge they were quick to respond and sent me another one that I received 3days later!).Cheap, fast and efficient customer service, love it so much we ordered more eggs and sphere stands for everyone in our family of 5!!!Very HAPPY!!!V

I was a little sceptical about this as people were saying they have used theirs for eggs and nothing larger. I needed a holder for an old perspex sphere and thought if it doesn't fit, the £2 I paid wasn't a massive loss. Anyway it arrived very quickly (Via Royal Mail 48h) and was very well packaged. It is a little flimsy but its not something that will be holding a lot of weight and will suit my needs perfectly. It works perfectly and secures the sphere very well.
