This is a nice sharp and thin awl. I mainly use these to quickly set one end of a chalk box string line but also a good little pick for digging into things like knots in wood or punching a small hole through leather. The 2 pack was also a nice touch. Being small it's still comfortable in the hand and easily grippable. Good value.

I love this awl size and it's fine tapered point. It is perfect for enlarging chisel holes. Very good quality.

There's not much to say other than that they are sturdy and ergonomic. There's nothing fantastic about these, and for such a simple tool that's exactly what I wanted. They do the job well and I am very happy with them. I don't know why I need two of them, but c'est la via.

I use these for punching holes in leather fabric for sewing and buttons. They feel great cupped in your hand, and the larger head doesn't bite into your palm like those with thinner handles.

I am new to leather-work but I know a decent tool when I hold one. These awls seen well-built and are crazy sharp. I love that they are American-made. Also, they fit well in the hand. And two pieces per order is great.Overall, five stars for sure.
