I ordered - and paid for - a BRAND NEW scanner. it is DEFECTIVE! It came in a generic box wrapped in a bunch of paper. It did NOT come with the usually enclosed Instructions or Calibration paper that is needed - esp for a new product!!!!

Unit does not come with power coder or computer cable. Seller said that it was stated in the description that it was the unit only but I have looked and so has my co-worker. Neither of us see that verbiage. However, it is listed as new and I would expect any "new" piece of equipment would come with the cables necessary to make it work or at least a power cord.

Had only a few months and it does still come on and only scans cards half way. For the money we paid we shouldn't be having problems with the scanner.

It is a defected material. Selling such defected material is pure fraud.
