I am a mixed media artist specializing in art quilts. This product is like a cross between rice paper and interfacing. It goes through my printers easily and has a bit of a translucent quality to it. Nice effects can be achieved by printing an image on it then enhancing it with more artistic details with pencils, paints, and other art media. I like to use it for raw edge applique and also regular collage work. It accepts machine and hand stitching well.

Lutradur is fun to work with & can be used for a wide variety of art projects. You can use many types of paint on Lutradur with or without a medium. Can be used on cardstock, mixed media projects ie canvas, wood panels, fabric. This is my second purchase & will probably buy more in the future. When treated with alum, Lutradur works really well for "marble art ." ( professional marble art tank used with acryluc paint.)The paint was vibrant & absorbed well when I tried in a marble art workshop. Product also comes in a lighter density that gives a more translucent web effect, also available at Amazon. Recommended for crafters & mixed media artists.

Great to use on multimedia projects or paintings. Has a texture like a fabric that can be cut sewn, torn, glued, painted, etc. use for scrape booking or making one of a kind cards. Plan to use mine to make special Christmas cards for family.

This is a wonderful product. Just beginning to experiment with it. I would suggest the book on how to use Lutradur from Amazon. O or any of the collage books by Rebekah Meier from Amazon.

A fun way to bring an entirely new look to your art!Easy to use and I ran it through my ink jet printer without any trouble at all!I would recommend printing the image darker than what you want it to be. The image will print lighter than what you think because the material is so loosely woven.

I love playing with the Lutrador Mixed Media Sheets, especially image transfers! The techniques I can do with these sheets add so much to my scrapbooking, cardmaking, and mixed media art. It's so nice to be able to get them here at such a reasonable price. Thanks.

Excellent.Cheaper than most stores.This is so strong I use it for mix media projects and when I do us it I cut it or burn into with burins tool.i love this product would definitely recommend for crafters who love mixed media
