I was able to use once, but winter has been in the way. That once was very nice for it did get into those corners. Excited to try when the storms are over!

I was really excited to get this window cleaning system and am mostly happy with it. The dusting pad worked well and helped to get most of the loose dirt off my windows and window sills. I had never thought of doing this step first so I think having the duster is an important first step! Some of the fibers got stuck on my stucco when cleaning my exterior windows and came loose, though. The scrubbing pads work really well! They get the edges really clean but the rounded corners donรขโฌโขt quite get the corners clean. The rotating head was a little stiff at first and it took some getting used to but I figured it out after using it a bit. I appreciated having the extension rods and found that the length I chose made a difference in how well I was able to maneuver the head. Iรขโฌโขm not too thrilled with the squeegee though. The ends are floppy and did not get the edges clean. I had to go over all the edges with a microfiber cloth. Still, they helped me get my windows really clean with the help of the amazing microfiber cloths I bought as well as ditching the Windex and splurging on Perfect Glass. The combination of those three items made my windows sparkling clean and look almost like they have been waxed! My husband is happy because I was about ready to hire a company to come clean my windows because I hadnรขโฌโขt been able to get them as clean as I liked for a few years.

Not anything special. Has good extension and range. Decent design to get in corners with triangular shape, but really not needed and makes for awkward angles when constantly having to change pole around to clean rest of window. Use is very manual, having to change poles and angles constantly. The rubber wasn't super effective either. Overall, I don't see any benefit of this design over a regular window cleaner in the T windshield washer style, which is more sturdy and not an overly complicated design.

This thing is so handy! I have a lot of big windows and this really helps make washing my windows so much easier. I also like the duster attachment for reaching corners and my ceiling.

I was looking for an easy way to clean the outside of the windows. I found this and decided to give it a try. The triangle design works well for getting in to the corners of the windows. The head is large to cover a lot of area on the window. Due to the head being so big you need a large bucket.The different pads are nice so if the one you are using gets too dirty it can be swapped and you can wash them. The operation takes a little getting used to because the squeegee is on the back side of the pad. The hinge is loose so the head flips over and is a little difficult to control but with a little practice it works well. I only gave it 4 stars because of the hinge design and the difficulty of using. I would have liked to give 4.5 as I think an entire star might be too much to take away, but 5 stars wasnรขโฌโขt what I wanted to give either. The handle is not telescopic, all the pieces screw together end to end. The handle is long enough to reach nice and high but when all the pieces are used the handle flexes a lot so you will have to be careful if pressure for scrubbing is needed.All in all this is a nice tool to have as it makes cleaning windows much less difficult.
