Item was exactly as it was represented. Wasn't sure what the correct size was, since the dog ate the original; but it looked close to what I remembered, and ended up being the perfect replacement in size, color, and most of all, function. Clock hasn't run in years, but it's now keeping time again like new.

We use this to replace a lost pendulum on a Swedish cuckoo clock. The pendulum has worked perfectly. We have been able to fine-tune the clock to keeping perfect time.

Pro: Received Promptly and worked as described to replace missing pendulum from original clock. Color was darker than expected but did not affect performance.Con: extreme HIGH gloss finish. A bit of a sloppy application. Looks 'wrong' with a vintage cuckoo clock. Will try to remove poly finish for a more natural look.

Perfect match on the size & design. All I need now is the correct hands & my Mum's(RIP)😥 antique clock willie fully restored. I wish I knew the name n shade of the stain.

Really pleased with this pendulum. Wasn’t sure if the attachement hook would be compatible with my clock but it was. Took a photo for those wondering same. The finish is stained with very glossy varnish. The maple leaf can slide up or down on the stick so it can be adjusted to keep time correctly on your clock. Placed my order and received in Quebec Canada within 10 days via USPS. If I had one wish is it would of been available unstained and unvarnished so I could of stained it to a more exact colour of my clock but it will do as is.
