I like these pots and brand very much. I have tried lesser items and cheaper products and you get what you pay for. My old pots have gone in the trash and I love cooking with these. They always look like professional products in addition to working to perfection!

We're slowly making the switch to stainless steel. This little pot has worked perfectly for small batches of oatmeal and rice. It feels very sturdy and has been easy to clean.

Why only "almost" the best? For lots more money, I suppose I could have found a perfect pan. I've had the non-stick aluminum version of this very same pan since 2013. liked it, but decided to move away from coated cookware. The stainless is not quite as easy to clean as the non-stick coating but it's not bad and Barkeeper's Friend quickly restores the beautiful interior finish. The pan itself is perfectly made in every respect and beautifully finished inside and out.The lid, of identical design to the 2013 version, is a different matter. The stainless rim is not as highly polished as was the original and the strainer holes are not well deburred on the inside. They have some sharp edges that were not left on the earlier lid. This lid was almost certainly made in a different factory from the pan, and to a lesser standard of quality. Not compromising to usefulness, just a little bit disappointing when compared to the earlier version of the lid and to the fine quality of the pan itself. I'm continuing to use my old lid.

This is a beautiful and functional stainless steel saucepan. It's a practical size for most of the cooking that we do in our household of 2. The glass lid is great to see what you have going on in the pan, and the lid's strainer holes are convenient so that yo don't have to dirty a separate strainer or colander. The shape and the finish on the pan are an aesthetic masterpiece. We have the same pan in from cuisinart in their nonstick "Quantanium" or "hard-annodized", but I believe these are just different words for toxic PTFE or teflon, so we wanted to replace them with a stainless steel equivalent, and we found just that in this product. Love it.

This is a great little saucier. The internal markings go from 750ml down to 250ml - and from 3 cups to 1 cup. There is space above the 750ml marking, but I wouldn't put any more than 750ml in the pot unless you are very gently simmering a stock or sauce. The curved bottom helps to prevent liquids from boiling over and the glass lid is very well made. If you need to reduce a liquid to make a sauce, this little beast is perfect.
