I’ve never owned a Bundt pan before and this was my first try at using one. This particular pan is FANTASTIC! Heavy, sturdy quality! I sprayed it with canola oil to ensure the cake wouldn’t stick and the cake release was perfect. I experienced no leakage and was cooked evenly and was a breeze to hand wash. I know I t says you can put in the dishwasher but I’d rather not. Great first Bundt pan and experience.

How many Bundts cakes have I made in my lifetime, too many too count. And, most of them were made with the same Bundt pan, that I finally noticed had barely any finish left. It served me well and was able to produce a final coffee cake for a coffee time. I gave it to my granddaughter who loves to bake with her mom.Cuisinart has a wonderful reputation, and I use many of their products. While perusing the Bundt cake pans available, I noted how expensive many of them were. This pan seemed mid price reasonable, and the Cuisinart name grabbed my attention immediately. This is a 9 1/2 inch fluted pan, heavy gauge aluminum steel and non stick. The extra fluted edges prevent warping. It is dishwasher safe, and it has a lifetime warranty. What could be better.The real test is to use the pan, and this was perfection. I used the same Sour Cream Coffee Cake recipe, which has brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans women throughout the cake. It is light and delicious. I was greatly surprised to find that the cake was higher and lighter than previously in the old pan. It browned very nicely, took 5 minutes off the baking time. The cake mixture slid easily into the pan to bake, and was a breeze to remove from the pan. Even though it is non stick, I always use a light spray on the pan's inner surface before adding the cake mixture. It was very easy to clean. I hand wash, but the pan is dishwasher safe. All in all for the money and ease of use a great buy.Recommended. prisrob 03-03-14

It is very sturdy and durable it doesn’t leak and my cakes come out perfect it doesn’t stick it’s rust resistant and holds a big batter

This is a nice Bundt pan but I noticed the ribs are very softly rounded. I have my mother’s Teflon (scratched) heavy aluminum Bundt that gives sharp ribs. I like the look of that better. . I will continue to use that and grease heavily, and use this cuisinart pan for baking a whole chicken impaled on the center, with veggie under it. Instagram rage I guess, but makes lovely moist roasted chicken. And this pan will clean up much easier.

This is a replacement for my other Bundt pan, which doesn’t seem as solid and sturdy. I haven’t used it yet but from the inside finish I think cake will release from the pan much better than my current pan. I haven’t used yet to be disappointed in Cuisinart.

Vale la pena, es de buena calidad y si lo sabes cuidar te va a durar (recomendación, lavarlo con esponja para trastes de vidrio o teflón).Se despega fácilmente la gelatina, sin la necesidad de usar la mano o una palita.

No se pega nada y tiene una maravillosa capacidad. Ideal para la gente que cocina mucho (yo soy chef) y para los que apenas están empezando en el mundo de la reposterÃa y tienen miedo de que no puedan salir bien las recetas, este molde es un gran paso para garantizar buenos resultados.
