We use it on the grill and it is great. It is heavy and so is the press. Easy to clean , easy to use, and gets hot.

this is really a well made griddle, great weight to it. nice thickness , keeps uniform heat on the surface.the griddle is well cast, nice smooth surface. no issues at all.you wont regret buying this griddle.its so good in quality , you would think it was made in the usa, not joking.

It's impressive. Cooked some delicious ribeyes indoors (-25C outdoors). They turned out really well. It's a lot of iron, so takes some time to heat up. It's also been great with bacon.
