First this Frigidaire Bread machine is beautiful! Color is gorgeous.Second I waited 3 years to replace my original 20 year old Hamilton Beach I burnt up. Glad I got this one!The manual is really NOT scary as so many have stated.Yes it's metric but duh. Most measuring cups have ML and cups on them. Not hard to Google.Run it through a full bake session empty to get rid of new machine smell.Have had it 2 days and have made two beautiful loaves.One my Cottage Dill from my own recipe book years old.Today's was a Google Banana Walnut Chocolate Chip. Both highly praised by hubby neighbor and my cats.If your going to get a bread machine I highly recommend getting a good bread machine cook book.Many many recipes out there!Would definitely recommend this super quiet non bouncy reasonably priced machine!Edit to add the pan is great non stick. The loaves slide right out and the paddle is of the same material as pan so not a plastic one like my original.Great value.

The color is awesome, made very well, I made my favorite pineapple bread and it came out perfect.For those wondering why it's in a sink, my old black bread maker, during its second kneeding, walked/vibrated off the counter and totally smashed on the floor. So to keep this one safe I put it in the sink. It worked perfect, and I didn't hear any vibration from it, but when I use it I will keep in in the sink just in case.

While there isn't a lot of info in the manual, I have not had a failure on anything I made with this bread maker. I have a number of recipe books for bread machines and they all work. Love the choice of one, one and a half, and two pound loaf sizes and crust colors. You can't go wrong with this machine.

Works great and made some yummy bread, but! The window for reading all the menus is very dim with the lighting making hard for my old eyes to see or read. That part sucks! That's it tho. The only time it lights up is when you push the menu button, but doesn't last or stay on.

The manual is awful. So it’s a lot of trial and error. Great for first time bread maker. But I may upgrade soon.Love the color. The birds have been happy eating my mishaps

TERRIBLE device .First time using , ALL lights flashing . NOTHING in the ( WORST EVER ) accompanying Owner`s Manual address this issue , ( or really ANY issue ) . A call to " Customer Service " was equally as WORTHLESS . They could provide ZERO answers and " will have a Technician call us back in 7 to 12 hours " . Machine did not fully knead the dough . Everything is in Grams . NOT very useful in the U.S. . I now have learned that it takes some THREE HOURS for this machine to make Bread . I could drive to a Bakery , buy fresh EDIBLE Bread and drive Home and EAT the Bread quicker and with less Headaches than that . I bought this for the Wife as I trusted the Frigidaire name . HUGE mistake . They USED TO make great Appliances . Apparently , they`ve licensed their name to some company on a distant Shore .Do yourself a favor and AVOID this Machine .

This is a beautiful looking appliance. I think my breadmaker was defective. I was so frustrated after several tries with manual ingredient portions and/or selecting different bread settings my breadmaker never stir/kneaded into a dough ball. Wasted time and ingredients.

I am changing my review, I spoke too soon, maybe frigidaire should edit their manual though, I did the raw dough cycle, and decide that as the machine felt warm to the touch I would leave it in to see if it will rise, it did in 30 minutes, really happy. (Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is, I like to make bake in the oven artizan bread sometimes, the dough cycle is only 23 minutes, so no first rise, I have yet to try the leavened dough cycle that might work.

This is a fabulous breadmaker. It takes a few minutes to figure it out but then it is easy. The measuring instruments that come with it are NOT good, but the bread maker itself is wonderful. I love the colour too
