This custom dog collar has been perfect for our pup, Jax! He had no issues adjusting to it—no itching or irritation at all. It’s soft, lightweight, and looks fantastic on him. The personalized engraving with his name and our phone number is clear and adds such a nice touch.At first, I was concerned the clasp might be too light and come undone when Jax tugs on his lead during walks, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. Despite how light it feels, the clasp has held up incredibly well and hasn’t budged once.Overall, this collar is both functional and stylish, and Jax seems to love it too! Archie is a rambunctious 2 year old dog who gets himself into trouble whenever possible. This collar makes him look like the distinguished gentleman I wish he was haha! Kidding, I love this dog just as he is. But seriously, it’s held up really well since I got it several months ago. I do wish that the writing was in a higher contrast color but it’s clearly legible still… if you know where to look. The color of the fabric itself looks great after a few washes and some exposure to the sunlight. He is an indoor dog so it’s not seeing too much action but it’s been perfect for us, especially for how affordable it was. The collars do run true to size. They have a traditional clasp that functions great still. My only regret is not buying the matching leash at the time. Forgive the black line in the photo, I wanted to hide my phone number.

We have been using this with our dog for a while, & it still looks great. He is not a fan of the dangling name tags and scratches at them, so this works great. I have not seen any wear or fraying in the collar at all. We have a small dog, but he can be very playful and energetic, & it’s holding up well.

The clasp on this item is way too flimsy, easy to come off. It is engraved with my dog’s info, so I understand why they will not allow a return. However, the only safe place for your dog to wear this collar is inside the house.

We ordered the collar and matching harness. Engraving and style are great and collar fits well. We have a 10lb mini golden doodle puppy. However, the harness (size small) is much too tight and will not fit. So we cannot use it. Get a size up from what you'd think. Wish we would have ordered the matching leash tho and it doesn't look like you can order that solo. :(

Really impressed. Quality of the collar is very nice. No threads or anything. The engraving is pristine and we got a matching bow which has a sturdy fabric so it will hold its shape for a long time. Won’t hesitate to buy again.UPDATE: As of September 2023, this collar has completely faded, the metal colour gone to a pewter and the engraving is almost unreadable. Don't waste your money.
