This shaft removal tool is a great addition to your dart bag. It's very small, perhaps almost too small, only slightly larger than a quarter, but it does come with a little chain that you can use to attach to a keychain or your dart bag.

While it doesn't happen often, breaking a stem off at the barrel and removing the threaded portion is much easier with this tool. I keep one in my darts case and always offer it up when I see players trying to remove the piece with the tip of the dart.

Worthless. Not even big enough to go around the shaft. The teeth can’t reach the broken plastic that’s stuck inside the shaft.

To be honest, I haven't needed to use this yet, as I haven't had any breaks since acquiring it. However, build quality seems good. It's small and convenient to pack up or throw on a keyring. Easy enough to set it somewhere near a board as well. A very simple straight forward design. Given that it seems well built enough, I would anticipate it should do the trick? But again, have not needed to use it yet so can only really comment on the build quality thus far and the convenience of the sizing.Likes:- Convenient size for portability.- Small enough for a keychain.- Decent build materials.Dislikes:- It is a very simple device, so the issues it's going to be able to solve are obviously limited. It's not a fix all, but more of a fix a certain situation.
