I'm new to erhu; only got mine a little over a month ago. I am not new to music or stringed instruments though.These strings made a huge difference in the sound of my erhu. I had some standard strings on there that worked, but that was about it.I was excited to find these because I have always like D'Addario for my guitars. These strings did not disappoint. The tone is noticeably clearer, and I can easily hit high notes without attracting giant crickets.I'm interested in trying others as well, but I will definitely keep these as my go-to strings for the near future.

Good strings, they play well and are comfortable to use. However, one star is removed because they are hard to set up on the erhu, they are quick to unravel when attaching the strings to the tuner, which means it takes me several tries to secure the strings for playing. I've only had these strings for about a month, so I can't determine their durability, but they seem to hold up well currently.

After switching my stock erhu strings with these, you can hear an immediate difference in tone and body. High notes are much more clear and sound quality is close to or on par with other professional level erhu strings. Definitely a great new addition and looking forward to future D'Addario Erhu strings.

No sound improvement for my erhu, but it is just for my erhu. No erhus are the same, so I can’t say it’s not a good string set. One needs to try different products to find the right strings for her erhu.

De entrada conseguir este tipo de cuerdas es difÃcil, más tratándose de un instrumento oriental.Cómo ejecutante de cuerda frotada puedo decir que están por de bajo de la calidad de lo que deberÃa de ser una buena cuerda, por el precio está bien y mejor que otros alambres si están. Las recomiendo si estás empezando. Apenas las puse, su sonido no es metálico y está mejorando.
