These work a lot better than I thought. They help so much getting off the lift. I love how they’re not very obnoxious and actually add to the look of my board.

Got these for my new board. Not big fan of putting large stickers or large stomp pads on my boards so these small but effective spikes have been my go to. Adhesive is strong and the coating is durable.

A previous stomp pad fell off my snowboard despite me following all of its instructions on setting/heating, etc. That stomp pad was a silicone one with a honeycomb shape. This time around, I aimed for a more peg-like design but the material it would be made of was still in the air. I came across these Dakine Pyramid Studs and other similar metal studs across other brands. Despite all the other shapes (stars, circles, whathaveyou), these studs seemed to be the tallest and therefore could be gripped beyond the snow. Upon testing for several weeks now, these studs have sure proven themselves and have eased my ski lift troubles. The metal seems to have a better grip than the silicone pad I had, and the studs lay above most snow cover. The only problem is that they are not connected in the neat 3x3 pattern in the picture, and all have to be laid on individually. Because of this, my studs don't all line up and I actually only put on 8 of the studs and left the middle right stud off so I could position it closer to my back foot. The metal color/material also goes nicely with any board design, and it looked nice on my mainly black decked board. They may also be a tad smaller than as they appear, but its all based on how you want to position the studs. Great purchase all around. I never liked using the large one-piece stomp pads on my snowboards. I like using the studs because it gives the board a cleaner look. It also doesn't hold onto snow as much as other types of stomp pads.

Finally received some stomp pads that actually stick. I had so many issues buying a stomp pad, cleaning my board, then letting the pad cure for 24+ hours and then it coming off halfway through the day boarding. I put these on and man they stick really well. They have been used so far for 3 days of boarding and not a single one has come off. I cleaned the board, heated it up with a blow dryer, put the spikes down, and then put a sturdy book over the spikes with a 50 pound weight on top. I let them cure for almost 48 hours just to be sure and they are SOLID. Highly recommend.

I was worried there wouldn’t be any grip because it’s metal studs but it’s the perfect amount. Just enough to keep hold your boot, but not too much were it could tear up your sole. I also love how is doesn’t cover up your board and looks elegant

No idea why the Amazon review system thinks warmth and thickness should be part of this review! Looks, they stick real well to the board, provide good grip to my boot as it's supposed to do, and I can position them however I like to accommodate where I actually put my foot. Perfect!

Hatte die Oberfläche vorher natürlich mit isopropanol gereinigt. Dennoch habe ich innerhalb von 2 Tagen auf dem Berg alle stomp-pads verloren.

These studs are easy to install and very grippy. Really helps with getting off lifts. I've taken these to 3 sessions so far and they don't seem to show signs of falling off just yet. I'm sure they'll last quite a long time. Make sure to follow the instructions for installation.
