Every single year for a decade we've had deer and rabbits and who know what else invading our garden as their own personal buffet. The deer were always especially bad. We've tried other methods but short of putting up an expensive and (for our efforts) permanent metal fence, nothing worked. We put this up on a few 8' T-posts with zip ties and ran a row of twine around the top perimeter just for good measure. My husband made a "gate" from pvc and we attached netting to it as well, hung with zip ties. Super easy, lightweight, affordable, and best of all EFFECTIVE! I also love how it's almost see through from almost any distance. A couple of our nosy cats got in one corner and ripped it there but I fixed with more zip ties. It is thinner than the netting we've purchased at Tractor Supply but it's a whole lot cheaper and it works too. We've had no veg loss from deer/rabbits/wild hogs and bonus it now keeps the cats out too.

I've used many brands of deer netting. This one is the best. It is heavy duty and keeps the deer out. It works so well, that all the deer in my backyard want to fight me because they are angry. I just laugh at the silly deer. They can all go and eat weeds.

This summer I used this netting to go around my in-ground garden, a newly planted peach tree, and also thrown on top of blueberry bushes.Here's how it panned out for each use:1. I stapled it to 4x4x8 fence posts around the garden to keep the deer out. It worked great, although I didn't have a good strategy for a door and just kept "hooking" it onto the head of a screw to close it up each day. This repeated wear and tear action did cause quite a few tears. I will need to replace it next year.2. I wrapped it around some stakes around a peach tree and tied with zip ties. Held up great, no issues. Keep it away from the lawnmower at the bottom edge!3. The deer were after my blueberry bushes too, so I cut large pieces of this netting and just threw it on top of the bushes. It actually deterred the deer very well. Although, the birds were still able to eat the blueberries through the netting! (The squares are pretty large.) To keep birds off, I would need a smaller grid netting.In order to throw it onto flowers or bushes, you have to cut a very large piece. A small piece will just blow off in the wind.I'm happy with this purchase overall and bought another.

Just put up fencing. So far so good. A little Difficult to work with when unraveling and cutting but I wouldn’t not buy it for that. It is practically invisible from outside of our property which I love. As long as it works I am pleased.

Lot thinner than I was expecting. Will not hold itself up, lays on plant or needs supporting posts, etc.I would describe it as bird netting...will it also prevent deer from eating, mostly.For my purpose of year around protection from deer eating my plants, I need a thinker and sturdier netting.

this netting is very, very light. it comes folded and is a little tricky to unfold, but the folded package is so small and convenient it's worth having to unfold. I was worried it would quickly rip, but I stapled nearly 100 feet around the 4x4 posts of a rectangular garden and it's held up very well. I don't know if it's going to hold up for years, but I expect it to last this season at least.Be aware that this fencing is nearly invisible. I hear the animals don't like the feel of the poly on their noses, but I could see deer crashing through this barrier without even knowing it was there. I used it above a lower course of hardware cloth, and so far I have no evidence anything has gone through it. I'm also happy to report I haven't (yet) found any birds or insects trapped in the netting.

It does work!Used to protect berries from birds.Holds well over time. A bit too thin, but for the price hard to beat.

We used the fencing to keep our "obedience school dropout" dog from digging around a certain area (septic tank lid) on the lawn. Problem solved. He seems to have forgotten how much fun it was to dig a foundation sized pit in the back yard. The fencing material is very thin and flexible so use sturdy posts and you too can keep unwanted pests away from unsolicited digs and grass restoration.

Although not thick, the netting was effective in fencing my yard from deer. However, the bottom got chewed (by rats?), so rats and rabbits would get into my yard.

Super light weight but easily tornif not careful. We made wooden framed panels which incorporated this netting to keep wildlife out of our vegetable garden and it has never grown better thanks to this product! Very good amount of netting for the price!

We used this fencing to keep our chickens in our yard. Very easy to install but when stapling to fence posts, if the staple is even slightly on the fencing, it would tear. However, the fence is strong enough that you are unable to manually tear it. The chickens also haven’t torn it so...so far so good.

Large quantity, easy to use and seems to be effective but plants can grow through the netting. Accidentally caught a chipmunk who couldn’t bite his way out. I will buy again.
