OK, 3rd set has now failed. thank goodness none of my faucets have this stem any longer. all now replaced with OEM Moen removing another starr. On my 2nd set of these stems in the past 2 years when the hot water side started leaking AGAIN. I didn't want to give them another chance. This time I bought OEM Moen. I can feel the difference immediately. The Moen it's so much smoother to operate and I no longer need to back off 1/4 turn when shutting off to prevent dripping.Buy a. OEM for $2 more.
